FAQ (Weddings)

What is your style?

My style is a mixture of a photojournalistic approach and editorial. A big part of the day is spent capturing the moments of the day as it unfolds in an unobtrusive way. However I will also spend time capturing beautiful portraits as well as the little details that you have taken time to chose in creating the perfect day for you and your family.

Do you post-process images from the wedding day?

Yes. I individually post process every image you receive from the wedding day.

 How many images should we expect to receive?

I typically deliver 500 – 700 images from a 9-10 hour wedding day. These images have been carefully selected to reflect your wedding day. I will provide you with a link to a password protected gallery to share with family and friends and special administrative rights (Couple only) to download high resolution jpegs from the gallery at the touch of a button.

When will we see our pictures?

I know how excited a couple gets about their wedding images and it will be sooo unfair of me to keep you waiting until all the images have been fully edited (because that just seems like FOREVER :). For this reason, I choose approximately 60 of the best images from your wedding which are fully edited and make them available to you as a ‘TEASER’ within 10 days of the wedding date. Then you can expect to see your full collection of images within 4-6 weeks of the wedding date.

How does the album process work?

Once the full collection of images are ready, I will then work closely with you to create a beautiful flush mount album as a keep sake for your wedding day. The album production takes 4 weeks from the final revision date to delivery of the finished product.

Do you have a second shooter or an assistant?

Depending on the size of the wedding, I will either shoot alone (with an assistant) or with a second shooter for limited candid shooting during the day.

How do I request more information about your Pricing and Services?

I’m glad you love what you’ve seen and would like to enquire further. Please contact me with additional details about your wedding and I will get back to you with my availability and rates.

We would like you to be part of our wedding day. How do we book?

I will require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer (25% of Collection Price) which officially books your date. The balance of your payment is due a month before your wedding. The months of May to October are very popular for weddings. As such preference will be given to the first clients to sign up and pay for a particular date.

Our wedding will not be held in London. Do you travel?

Absolutely! FunkeO is available for travel throughout the year. Please contact me for a custom quote.
